Anthony Galloway Photography offers a variety of services for real estate agents such as photography, video walkthroughs. As a FAA Licensed Remote Pilot, Anthony Galloway Photography can also provide you with legal drone photography and videography. I offer a few different packages, as well as some add-ons to customize what exactly you want to offer your clients and prospective buyers.
My process for creating your images begins with a multitude of techniques of finding the best framing to best represent your listing and taking multiple images with natural lighting and with flash so I can capture high dynamic range images where I then process and blend the images together to create one image. This process not only creates stunning images, but it also gives potential buyers accurate colors and representation of your listing.
For video walkthroughs I combine elevated exterior drone video, ground video of the exterior and interior of the listing, video of community amenities, and professionally licensed audio tracks. The video and audio tracks are then edited together resulting in a beautifully rendered video that can be branded and unbranded for your business pages, as well as MLS to showcase your listing. These videos typically end up being between 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Images will be delivered no later than close of business the following day, although I am usually able to deliver images the same day. Images delivered will be one set of high resolution images specifically formatted for MLS via your own Dropbox folder that only you can access. Video will be delivered within 48 hours, and will delivered in HD 1080p via the same Dropbox link as your images . Investments are as follows:
Houses up to 3000 sqft:
Picture Package: $150 (20 - 36 images)

Twilight Picture Add On: $75

Agents Headshots: $150 for 3 looks
